  • Alert Service - receive opportunities via email that match your alert criteria


    • Buyers (Hertfordshire Procurement Forum members) have access to:


    • Project eNotice service - publish contract opportunities to the OJEU and submit low-value notices on Supply2.gov.uk .This information is made available within the Contract Opportunties facility for both Buyers and Suppliers who are registered on HPF.

    • Select Supplier Information Database - view supplier profiles, create and manage supplier lists and use this as a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. You can also use this facility to access the Accredit platform.

    • Vault - invite suppliers to download tender documents and submit their responses electronically via the secure document exchange system
